Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing or using any part of the klwin platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the klwin platform.

These terms form a valid and binding agreement between you as a member and klwin as the platform operator. This agreement takes effect as soon as you complete the account registration process and verify your email.

klwin reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is considered acceptance of the updated terms. It is the member's responsibility to review these terms from time to time.

Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use klwin's services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Be an individual who is legally qualified to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be on any self-exclusion list or blacklist of a recognised gambling body.
• Register using personal information that is true, accurate and current.
• Not hold more than one active account on the klwin platform.

klwin reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Acceptable documents include a copy of the national identity card (MyKad), passport or other official document issued by Malaysian authorities. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in the account being suspended or terminated.

Each member is only permitted to hold one account. If more than one account is found to be held by the same individual, klwin reserves the right to close all such accounts and withhold any unclaimed balances or winnings.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

klwin supports various payment methods to facilitate member transactions. Available methods are Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

Deposit and withdrawal conditions are as follows:

• The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is RM30.
• The minimum withdrawal amount for all payment methods is RM100.
• Withdrawal processing times are between 30 minutes and 3 hours.
• All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated for cryptocurrency.

All deposited funds must come from a legitimate source and be personally owned by the member. klwin does not accept payments from third parties. If there is suspicion of money laundering, klwin reserves the right to suspend transaction processing and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the account or e-wallet registered under the same member's name. klwin is not responsible for any processing delays caused by technical factors on the part of financial institutions or payment providers.

Bonuses and Promotions

klwin offers various promotions to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific conditions and cannot be converted directly to cash unless the wagering requirements are fully met.

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of 150% of their first deposit, up to a maximum of RM888. This bonus requires the bonus amount to be wagered 15 times before any withdrawal from that bonus can be made.

Wagering requirement calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Balance RM250 → Wagering required: RM150 × 15 = RM2,250
• Deposit RM1,200 → Bonus RM888 → Balance RM2,088 → Wagering required: RM888 × 15 = RM13,320

VIP Programme: Active members have the opportunity to advance to three klwin VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold — offering weekly cashback of up to 0.4%, 0.8% and 1.2% respectively. Progression to a higher tier depends on gaming activity and member loyalty.

klwin reserves the right to withdraw or cancel any bonus if there is suspicion that a member is abusing the promotion system, including through the use of multiple accounts, hedge betting or other manipulation contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

Game Rules

The klwin platform offers various game categories including online slots, live casino, sports betting, esports betting and badminton betting. Each category has its own game rules that members must follow.

Game results are final once recorded by the system. klwin uses a verified random number generator (RNG) to ensure fairness in slot and table games. All live casino games are broadcast in real time and operated by trained dealers.

For sports and esports betting, odds displayed are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. klwin reserves the right to cancel or adjust bets in the event of a technical error, incorrect data, or exceptional circumstances such as match cancellations.

Any attempt to exploit software vulnerabilities, collude with other players, or use third-party software to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

Member Responsibilities

As a klwin member, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and keep it updated whenever changes occur.
• Keep your account username and password confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone.
• Take full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify klwin immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation.
• Use the platform for entertainment purposes only and not as a primary source of income.
• Comply with all responsible gambling guidelines and understand the financial risks involved.

Members are not permitted to use the klwin platform for any unlawful activity, including money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime. klwin will cooperate fully with authorities in financial crime investigations.

Account Termination and Suspension

klwin reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice if a member is found to have violated these terms and conditions, including but not limited to the following:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration.
• Holding multiple accounts under the same or different identities.
• Abusing bonuses or the promotions system.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity or attempting to exploit the platform.
• Being identified as an underage individual.
• A self-exclusion request voluntarily submitted by the member.

Members may also close their own account by contacting customer support via 24/7 live chat or email. Before account closure, all wagering requirements tied to bonuses must be completed, or the relevant bonus will be forfeited.

Once an account is terminated, any valid cash balance (after any required adjustments) will be returned to the member via the registered payment method, subject to klwin's review and approval.

Limitation of Liability

klwin provides the online gambling platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantees regarding continuous availability, the absence of technical disruptions, or the accuracy of information displayed.

To the extent permitted by law, klwin will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of this platform, including technical failures, software errors, or service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control.

Gambling involves financial risk. Members acknowledge that they understand these risks and are solely responsible for their own betting decisions. klwin is not liable for any financial losses incurred by members as a result of gambling activity on this platform.

Amendments to Terms

klwin reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these terms and conditions at any time in accordance with operational requirements, changes in law, or licensing policy. Any material amendments will be communicated to members via a notice on the website or to their registered email.

If you do not agree with any amendments made, you have the right to close your account. Continued use of the platform after the specified notice period indicates your acceptance of those amendments.

It is the member's responsibility to ensure they are always aware of the version of the terms currently in force. klwin bears no responsibility if a member fails to review updated terms.

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

The klwin platform operates under a recognised international licence. These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of klwin's licensing jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising from the use of the platform or these terms should first be resolved through negotiation between the member and the klwin support team. Members are encouraged to contact our 24/7 customer support as the first step in resolving any dispute.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within a reasonable period, the matter will be referred to a competent arbitration body under the relevant licensing jurisdiction. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

If any provision in these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision will be reinterpreted to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of this document will continue to remain in full force and effect.
